Here is an app that runs on the PC. Insert your SD card to your PC and run this app to auto build your database with the apps on the SD Card.

If you have a device with WIFI (2s, 3s etc) then create a file in the root of the SD called ueid.txt and simply put your Unit EID in there so it will always use it.  The locations of the apps are as follows:

SD:\LLN\APPS\Books
SD:\LLN\APPS\Carts
SD:\LLN\APPS\Games
SD:\LLN\APPS\Other
