Factory reset.
Settings => My Name => R-E-S-E-T
All caps including the dashes. Save it and restart. This will re-set the console to factory default.
That being said, this is for the English Innotab. I know it works on the 3S.
I should think it would work on the Storio as well. perhaps the french word for reset may work if the English doesn't.
