I can't even remember, it has been so long.  I don't think you set any compression on them though.  I also believe all the files are in the root of the zip, so just make sure you zip them up in the same structure as the games I posted.

Edit: I selected a few files and chose to add to archive with 7zip and this is what came up.  I assume this is the settings I had when I created the zips in the past.
