Spiffy Hacks

Any ideas on this one? A friend sent me a pair of demo units just recently, and while I did find a ROM at NeedROM, it doesn't appear to be working as I am getting the following error upon flashing it:

BROM ERROR: S_SECURITY_SECURE_USB_DL_IMAGE_SIGN_HEADER_NOT_FOUND (6045)

From what I heard this is due to the bootloader being locked, and it seems like I need an untouched ROM for the device. I know this is something of a long shot, but can anyone do a CM2 or Miracle backup for it?
